Apply in the evening after your moisturiser for maximum results. Massage two to three drops of oil onto slightly damp skin until fully absorbed.

Recommended frequency depends on your skin type and condition. For combination or oily skin, use one to two times weekly. For normal skin, apply two to three times weekly. For dry or severely dehydrated skin, use daily as part of your evening ritual.
